The purpose of the Operations Committee shall be to monitor and administer all operational aspects of the District’s operations. The Operations Committee shall have the power and authority to perform such tasks as are consistent, or deemed necessary, to accomplish its stated purpose, including, without limitation, review, conceptual approval and final approval of Segregated Reserve Fund projects; review and recommendations concerning construction warranty work, repairs and replacement, including such matters in connection with the retractable roof; review and execution of construction, management, administration, engineering, architectural and design contracts; and review and approval of District staffing or service providers, and any other matter deemed necessary or appropriate by the chairperson of such Committee.

The District has been issued a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) under the WPDES Program. The District’s permit, biennial reports and other related documents can be found in the links at the side. Links to the DNR and EPA for additional information on nonpoint source pollution and ways to reduce runoff pollution can be found to the right as well.
